OUR GLOBAL NETWORK
Women Leading on Climate harnesses the power and ideas of women working tirelessly around the world to address climate change and hold leaders accountable for maintaining climate ambition. We work through the power of community, bringing women together in-person and online.
2026 Events
Ecosperity: WLOC partnered with Bloomberg Philanthropies and GFANZ to host its first event in Asia. The conversation explored how women are shaping sustainable finance and climate leadership across government, markets, advisory, and diplomacy — and what it will take to move from representation to real influence.
WLOC also announced its Singapore Chapter, run by Jaclyn Seow and Mrinalini (Minnie) Venkatachalam at Women in Sustainability and Environment (WISE).
Webinar - Conference on Transitioning Away from Fossil Fuels: WLOC hosted a global webinar debrief of the first fossil fuel transition conference, hosted by Colombia and the Netherlands. We were joined by Steintje van Veldhoven, the conference’s co-host and Dutch Minister of Climate and Clean Growth, who provided valuable insights on the process and outcomes of the climate and the lead up to COP31.
