Ana Toni is a Brazilian economist, political scientist, and prominent climate policy expert who served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the COP30 UN Climate Change Conference. Concurrently, she has been a driving force in Brazil's environmental governance, notably serving as the National Secretary for Climate Change under the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change.
